A sentimental yearning for the happiness of a former place or time, meet an old friend, nostalgia. It’s the fond memories, the pleasant rememberances, sentimentality, and the longing to look back and find yourself again. Whenever I’m feeling nostalgic, I put myself down 10x’s harder than I normally would if I was feeling insecure or anxious.
