Always know where you stand.

In the midst of all of hardships, I have come to so many conclusions, but never an answer. You certainly start to appreciate life a little more valuably when you’re struggling, at least within your own conscience. You try to move on from the past, but the past has already become a part of you. I’ve also noticed that people offend themsevles way too much to realize who they truly are. You know, beneath all the negativity running in our minds, and the insulting judgments we get from others. Normally, we’d assume that the people who bring us down are the ones that expect us not to stand back up, but it’s far worse than that. It’s simply who we try to make ourselves look like. Yes, a few bashing comments here and there, anyone can claim that they care less. But little do we know that it’s what we make out of those comments filled with wisdom of hate. It’s up to yourself to decide whether you’ll be shaken down and feel hopeless, or to stand back up and use your own intelligence prepared from life to fight off your own feelings.
